Service Tech Eric intensely searched for a possible leak. Not finding, he looked to replacie parts. I asked about the cost approximately $1800 or more with labor. The soonest he could be out was 2 weeks. Based on everything, I refused to have it fixed and will be buying a new one. Thanks for all that was done.

Both technicians were great! Troubleshot the electric dryer easily and installation of part, once part received, was smooth. Price paid is part/based on the home warranty contract.

Gene discovered that my icemaker could not be repaired. Together, we also discovered that the ice maker has been discontinued and could not be replaced. I appreciated, took the time to explain what my options were at this point. Very pleasant and knowledgeable guy.
