They kept sending messages at the end of the day to move it to the next day….after 3 times of that, we cancelled our appointment. You also can NOT get in touch with a live human being, their system is completely automated or online. Now I keep getting emails trying to get me to sign up for warranties or credit cards and they NEVER even showed up to fix the Refrigerator.

Was scheduled to have parts installed that a prior technician had ordered two weeks prior. The day they were to be installed the service technician (charlie) did not call or show up to do the work. I was sent a text and an email that he was on his way at 2:50 pm. He was to call first so that I could meet him there...he NEVER called and just canceled my work order. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with the repair department/people who are actually doing the work. You can only contact Sears on the 800 number. The Sears rep was kind and professional but was not able to do anything but reschedule my appointment...so now I am waiting once again. As far as I am concerned the technician (Charlie) dropped the ball and did not call me prior as indicated on the work order..no excuse. I'm not sure we will keep this service if we continue to get this kind of service.

Still having pain with the refrigerator

The Tech guy didn't do or fix anything on my dishwasher. He ran it a few times and tighten the lower wash arm. It still doesn't clean the dishes. Plus they charged me a hefty deductible and his expensive labor fee.

Do NOT use this company, they are a scam! They charge you hundreds of dollars without even fixing anything. And you can’t get anyone online or on the phone to help you with a refund! DO NOT!

Sears has tried to repair our refrigerator multiple times. After 10 weeks and having spent several hundred dollars it is still not working. I do not recommend Sears Appliance repair service.
