Teck is very professional. Same one. you sent before and again he's saying the same thing. Cannot be fixed. No numbers to get and no way to fix it.Soooo how long before a decision is made. First claim filed in April?

The appointment process is lacking! Never received phone calls from the technician on the morning of. No communication whatsoever when they are not coming on the day they are scheduled!! First time time it took 6 appointments before we saw a technician. Second repair took 2 appointments and still no communication! Always was a running joke if the repair person was really going to show up. Don’t know how customers that work could ever deal with this process.
