Thomas was fantastic! Very friendly and professional. Although I opted not to have the repair done, since just replacing the machine was a better choice, Thomas walked me through all of the options and costs, explaining the warranty offers, and everything in a very clear and straightforward manner. Extremely helpful and nice!

We waited 6 wks for a technician to come to fix a none working refrigerator only to be told that a 4 year old Sears refrigerator could not be repaired. Lamont was good tho, polite and he tried to find the part it needed. He gave good advice about the warranty. No charge
