Chingiz was very polite and knowledgeable and didn't push us to get the home warranty plan. Although, we saw the value in it and signed up right away. Sears has always been our go to appliance repair company. Scheduling is always easy and they can get to us quickly. In this appt our dishwasher was making a horrendous sound...not anymore...thank you Chingiz!!

Elijah was my Sears repair Technician, and he is absolutely outstanding in every capacity. He’s not only a very skilled and professional Technical repairman, money is also extremely pleasant and polite. He couldn’t have been more courteous and respectful, and he is also an inspiring person to speak with as well. He’s just a great human being in fact. I was enormously fortunate to have him come and repair my broken dryer today. He was fast efficient and it works perfectly after he replaced a number of worn out parts. I am extremely grateful to the Sears Home protect program for sending him to complete this repair job.
