The technician arrived on time and installed the parts in a short period of time. The dishwasher works like it's supposed to now. They had arranged to have the parts shipped directly to our house, and the technician called to make sure the parts had arrived before he came out. Sears provided efficient and convenient service for us and we have no complaints.
