The technician was timely and got to work upon his arrival. He replaced the parts and tested the appliance when completed to make sure it was working. He was a very nice guy and seemed very knowledgeable.

Gary’s expertise was right on. Didn’t need a new compressor after all. After 2 1/2 wks without a frig, he had it fixed and running within 1/2 hour!
