It took three times to get it fixed, the first time the gentleman replaced the fill valve, and we told him it would still do the same problem, had to have someone else back out and, he suggested we get a new motherboard for the control panel. We had to wait for a week for it to come in, and a week later for him to install it. But he did keep his appointment. Hoping everything works now. It would be nice to have someone stick around and make sure it works, instead of doing something and turning it on for 5 minutes, and then leaving saying everything is okay. Richard did a great job and he was very professional

The automations for the chats needs to be reviewed. I received several messages saying my issue had been resolved when we were actually waiting on parts to be delivered.

Due to the schedule that was set up for Elijah, I expected him at 08:00-12:00 am. He arrived after 11:30 am. Poor man!! Make his schedule better. Ended up the washing machine came right on instantly. I do not know what happened. Worked fine. I have a 30 day warranty thankfully as I expect it is something electronic. He checked out the washer said nothing was wrong with it and the dryer. Nothing wrong with it. Please do better on the scheduling.

Due to delays in communication and ordering parts, it took almost three weeks to get our dryer repaired. Sears did not call us after the first appt was rescheduled due to parts not arriving. They wanted us to check our svc status at a link they had sent days before the delay. We have no issue with the repairman. He did a fabulous job!

We had someone come out and said we needed a part, so he ordered it and said he would be back out in 2 weeks. The part came in 2 days and when he was scheduled to come back out to fix it the appointment got cancelled. We had to wait 2 more weeks for someone to come out and fix our washer. We were without a washer for almost 4 weeks and the part had been sitting at our house for 3 weeks. This is the second time this has happened to us. The technician was not professional at all.

Sears text AI bot collects troubleshooting information from the customer in the guise of speeding up your repair and ensuring the technicians have the parts needed the first time. No technician that arrived at our house had any idea we had supplied the information so noone had the part the first visit. One repair took 3 visits to resolve, the other took 2. It's very frustrating from the customer's perspective to take the time to provide helpful information that isn't even used!
