Thomas did a great job. He was kind, honest and knowledgeable. We appreciate him coming out. There were apparently appointment mishaps earlier in the week, but we are happy he was able to come and fix our washing machine.

Tim arrived exactly on the time estimated for arrival. He provided a quick clear and concise analysis of the fault with the circuit diagram for this unit in hand; he explained the issue between the circuit board (not replaceable) and the relay (replaceable); he explained the options clearly; he checked what I had already checked. He showed me the relay and part number which (if it works) fixes it. If not I need a new dryer. He answered my question about the relay test and jumping it to show if the relay engaged the dryer heated. Tim clearly knows his work and I appreciated that. Sometimes repairmen are really salesmen for a new appliance and can't fix anything and don't know (or won't do) what they ought to. I haven't used Sears before today. I will certainly do so next time based on Tim. So 5 stars.
