Tim arrived exactly on the time estimated for arrival. He provided a quick clear and concise analysis of the fault with the circuit diagram for this unit in hand; he explained the issue between the circuit board (not replaceable) and the relay (replaceable); he explained the options clearly; he checked what I had already checked. He showed me the relay and part number which (if it works) fixes it. If not I need a new dryer. He answered my question about the relay test and jumping it to show if the relay engaged the dryer heated. Tim clearly knows his work and I appreciated that. Sometimes repairmen are really salesmen for a new appliance and can't fix anything and don't know (or won't do) what they ought to. I haven't used Sears before today. I will certainly do so next time based on Tim. So 5 stars.

Thomas was very considerate, efficient, and it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the parts that were worn and showed me what was wrong, then fixed the problem quickly.

Thomas was courteous and friendly and thorough in his diagnostic. He didn't find any specific issue with where/how the leak was occurring. Suggested using a lower level of water to see if the problem continues. Otherwise it may be caused by spill over from high water level. Appreciated his time and effort.
