Chingiz was fantastic. Super knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly removed the faulty part and made the repair. In addition, Chingiz provided tips to extend the life of the dishwasher, ensure cleaner dishes, while shortening wash cycles. Outstanding service technician who made our experience both pleasant and informative. I can’t praise Chingiz enough!
