Very knowledgeable and thorough. When he was unable to fix the problem, he notified American Home Shield on my behalf to send an expert to Repair my dishwasher. I so appreciated him saying he didn’t know what to do and that we needed an expert on my model. What rare integrity!

The tech was on time , considerate of the area of the appliances with equipment required to service.He was focused on providing excellent service on our appliances and took time to suggest Methods we could implement to maintain our appliances. He was very professional and knowledgeable of our appliances. I would like to have him as our service rep in the future.
