The technician was professional, responsive, and on time. I can't say the same for the Sears system that provides updates about upcoming appointments. Today, I received a pre-recorded message advising me of my scheduled appointment for tomorrow 10/30, yes 10/30 tomorrow. The technician has already been here and had already left. Ridiculous.

My comments are all about the Tech Zack. They sent him out blind to a 2 man job but with his knowledge and experience he was able to handle it alone. My hat off to Zack adapting and getting the job done!!
