Sears Appliance Repair is the absolute worst repair service I have ever experienced! There were only two service techs that were great, the first tech was Darryl. He should up on time, diagnosed the problems, ordered the parts, cleaned up, was professional and courteous. The second tech, Thomas B. 1. went to the wrong house, on the wrong street with the wrong address. 2. when I notified the (overseas) customer service Dept of the issue and I provided exact reference points; I was told I would be placed on a priority list. My priority appointment was a week away. 3.On the appointment day, Thomas B. again went to the wrong house on the wrong street with the wrong address! He provided photos of the showed house he went to, not mine. 4. Again, I reported the problem, same line of BS, another week goes by. 5. 3rd appointment day, no one showed up, I had to call after 5PM to find out why. Was told no one was available had to reschedule again, another week. 6. Elisha responds on time, no problems finding the house. Takes care of the repairs in no time. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable! Was never able to speak to any American service rep, all overseas. When you call the listed 800 numbers you get connected to an AI computer, no live representatives ever! I even looked up the Sears local address to go and speak to them in person, I was provided the listings for the closed Sears store that was years old but still listed as a point of contact. Never call Sears Repairs for anything! I could not rate the lower than 1 star, if I could, they would get zero stars!

The technician was fine. The Sears service was Not. First the first service call was cancelled by Sears and re-scheduled for a week later for a dishwasher repair. Then we waited a month for the part for an old Maytag dishwasher. When the tech came today, there was no part & it was back to "research". We cancelled.

Service person came to fix my washing machine. They said it was fixed then left. I went to do a load of laundry and it still doesn't work. We tried to contact them but could not get a live person on the phone. Kept sending us to voice mail. This is the worse service I have ever had. I don't understand why he didn't fix it right and why they haven't called back.

came to our home. Washer worked for less than 2 weeks after being repaired. I was told I had a 30 day guarantee. That proved to be false. I won't let them back in my home.

The window I was given for service was between 8:00AM and 5:00PM. Ridiculous. Tech called at 5:00 PM and then cancelled at approximately 5:30PM saying he was cancelling the appointment because my address was listed as a street and not terrace, he wouldn’t be paid, and I needed to reschedule. I took a day off of work and missed my son’s baseball game to eventually get no service whatsoever. Again, ridiculous.

I was extremely disappointed with no resolution to my problem. The tech diagnosed the problem but said he could not contact Assurant for approval to replace. I called Assurrant after he left and got right thru so not sure why the problem.

Drove to the store front location and it is no longer there. Calling the phone number sends you to a regional call center. Frustrating and disappointing.
