Did not show up at scheduled time 8-12. Called at 5 pm to say not coming at all. I have been without a refrigerator for months due to their repeated errors. This appointment was to be escalated and prioritized and was not. I will not do business with A&E Solutions / Sears

My washer is still not fixed. It still does exactly what it was going before the tech has come three times and I e paid $1000. I contacted Sears as soon as the technician left and was forced to schedule another appointment. The confirmation process to validate repair is non existent. The experience has been incredibly challenging. When I finally received the necessary parts following the initial diagnostics (after 4-5 weeks), I had an appointment on a Saturday and out of the blue received a rescheduled about one hour before the tech as supposed to arrive. Had to reschedule the appointment for next Monday. The technician was a no show. The. had to reschedule for next Wednesday where they told me I had to order ANOTHER part. Luckily the Part arrived quickly and tech came a couple of days later. However, he installed the part, quickly told us it was fixed and left without any verification. His status on my order says “installed part, turned on, started perfectly”. We went to test the washer ourselves and it did not work. We raced out the door to try to catch him but he was already gone. I was forced to schedule another appointment. Doing so is very hard because of the automated phone system. It is incredibly challenging to speak to an actual person and get real help. This process has been horrible and my washer is still not fixed. It is literally doing exactly what it was in the beginning of all of our issues. The door will not lock and the cycle will not start. I’ve paid $1000 and haven gotten no where closer to having my washer fixed. My service order was also closed and I’m forced to schedule yet another appointment.

Horrible. Charged $500 for 2 hours work. Overcharged by $100 for parts and the phone person I talked to about that was worthless and clearly not in the US. Awful in every way. Will never use sears repair again.

Technician never showed up. I called Sears to find out why. I was told technician stated I “declined service, was not home.” Flat out LIE. Filed a complaint. Now how long before I can get another appointment scheduled?

I don’t even know where to start! I waited 10 days for an appointment and then when the day came they said someone would be here between 8 - 5 with texts informing when they would actually show up. Our first time was 10:35, then it was changed to 12:35, then it was changed to 1:20, then it was changed to 2:15 - 3:15! At 2:35, I received a text saying the technician had arrived! I know my windows could be a little cleaner, but I never saw a technician drive up!! I called sears home Services and they said the work order had been closed and I had refused service!!!!!! Oh my gosh, I was livid! Not only did the technician not show up but he was saying I refused service!!!! He either went to the wrong address or wanted to get off early seeing it was a Friday!! Someone needs to explain where he went, no one could! Now, I’m sitting here waiting again while my refrigerator is leaking water!! Have no idea when someone will be here as the warranty company had to reopen the work order and said they have 24 to 48 hours to respond! Really? What do I have? I’m stuck with no one to help me. I have never had such bad service ! I think someone from sears management needs to reach out immediately and resolve this, but am I holding my breath, uh NO!!!!!!!! IF I HAD A CHOICE, I WOULD NEVER HAVE ANYONE FROM SEARS APPLIANCE REPAIR SELECTED TO DO MY REPAIRS, NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

They conveniently wouldn't cancel my appointment after they said they would. It took 7 phone calls 3 online chats and the threat of a lawyer to get them to cancel. They read a disclaimer that we won't take money from your account until the day of service and immediately took a dollar, which I never got back. Hours of my life on hold I will never get back and stolen money.... if I could give 0 stars I would.

Was quoted for a dryer repair at $360 to fix a broken door latch. Even the repair man laughed and said I get it when I declined. Now it already cost me $100 to have him come diagnose the problem. The local repair guys in town came out and it took 10 minutes to fix and charged me $50. Avoid Sears at all cost.

This is the second time these two were out. If they actually did anything the first time they came out, they should have found what they discovered the second time they came out, instead of blaming the issue on my HVAC company saying my dryer vent was clogged even though I had just had it cleaned before they came out. My HVAC company came back out that same day and ran a camera to confirm it was clear, because your tech guaranteed me that there was a clog and that is the only thing it could be. We will see if what they actually did today fixes the issue!
