I had a repair scheduled for 8:00 am and got a text at 7:30 that the repair person was on the way. The repair person never showed up, and I never received any further communication. When trying to call customer service, the number takes you to an automated answering service with no option to speak to a real person. Same for the online chat (it's operated by a bot).

Did not want to be of any help whatsoever from the start! No dionositics offered! Minh said, "Can not repair without model number."!!! Better to buy a new washing machine, then get two technicians out to unstack dyer off washer, then find clogged pump trap, clean it out, only to find that the pump not working. This is after starting washer and hearing the pump running! So very sorry to have Sears Home Warranty Services! To bad, because this is the first time I've got bad service! Hope one bad apple doesn't spoil the whole scheme of things!?
