Technician
The technician was efficient and personable. The communication between Sears and myself was very poor I have dealt with annual protection for many years. Always very positive experience. This one was definitely not positive but again technician was excellent.

Dryer
Parts were ordered and received in a timely manner. Technician is professional and kept me informed as to when he would be here so I could run do a quick errand and not be home all day.

Wayne has worked on a few of our appliances. He calls the morning of the appointment to share his schedule, then gives a follow-up call when en route. He has always been friendly courteous and professional and completes any required repairs in a timely manner.
