The repair technician was great and he tried to help the best he could to add a home warranty for us but for some reason what I use to purchase, they won’t let me purchase it for my area but the service technician was able to service my area. Makes no sense to me at all!! Way over priced.

Tech found the problem to be with the knobs and not the switch. He ordered knobs and we will see what happens when they get here.
