Technicians are great but service and dispatch has issues. I had 2 apts canceled because their computer system doesn't track parts or update shipping/delivery of parts despite being ordered and shipped and phone notification to Sears is worthless cause the computer system never gets updated even if I have all the parts.. The left hand doesn't talk to the right hand, don't update the system which affects other departments like dispatch. . One department can't talk to another department

He was efficient, courteous and respectful in keeping the area free of snow when he came in and out of the house. He diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs in a timely fashion.
