Mathew was at our home two weeks in a row to repair our Kenmore oven. He was personable, polite, knowledgeable and provided a detailed analysis of the problem and what needed to be done. We enjoyed meeting him and felt quite confident that our oven was in good hands. I would say he is a great asset for your company.

Mark was very knowledgable and identified the issue with our dryer very quickly. Unfortunately, the home warranty company did not understand the difference between an insulated wire and the heating element and denied the claim. We would though highly recommend Mark for appliance repair.
