Ice maker not making ice
Dandrell was very nice and knowledgeable. He listened to what I had to say and hopefully the ice maker will produce ice soon.

I do not have any problems getting my appliance fixed with your service people. When they return the job is completely repaired. I do have a problem with accountability on your repair ticket. My refrigerator repair was rescheduled 7 times with 7 being the repair. I sit home all day waiting for 6 different times with my repair ticket being turned back, sometimes saying I changed the appointment when I didn't You can't reach anyone by phone at A&E. You have no follow up just send text after text Actually I learned a lot on this repair and that your service on my refrigerator repair was bad. You left me from May 29th to June 27th without a refrigerator Shameful

Calvin the technician, was very honest, competent, and a very nice person. But Sears attempt at using AI to automate the scheduling process was horrendous. Specifically, the AI did not accurately understand the address, and then the system gives you no way to correct the erroneous address, despite saying you can do so in the chat. It does not actually work. So it sent the text to the wrong place. No live agent, no way to correct errors, and no way to communicate with the tech until he is on site, in this case the wrong site.
