My washer safely latch was broke, after I ordered the parts it took 2 weeks to get someone out there. He came and said it was a quick fix. It ran one cycle and stopped. We popped the lid open and found the new part was broken when installed and they tried to rig it. They also never brought in a shop vac to clean my washer and dryer that I paid for. I wasted over $ 400 for nothing. My friend took off the broken safely latch again and got it to work. Very dissatisfied. I feel your company should give me a refund to make it right.

Technician damaged dryer top
Technician climbed on top of our dryer to check a vent putting a huge dent in the top of our dryer never said anything about damaging our dryer while he was here, we didn't notice till he left. And of course we can get ahold of anybody live to talk to them.

Just wanted a quick seventy five bucks
He came into my home. Looked at my oven for less than 5 minutes. Said he could not find a model number. Called choice home warranty. They said they would send someone else. Took my money and left. As soon as he left, I found the model and looked my stove up online. This is the second time a choice warranty contractor has done this to me.

Zero Stars Actually
He called before he came but never left a message. I told him that's not what his company says. He said he never leaves a message. He ran a short load, said it was working fine. Never even looked at the back until I told him other techs have checked the machine. He then looked at the back side, never opened it, put 2 'caps' back on. Looked at the soap dispenser. That was it. What a waste!

No Service, No Communication!
I have been waiting since May 5th to get my ice maker fixed and the part finally arrived and my appointment drawn out several weeks and it's still not fixed! I had to leave ½ way through for an appointment (my 21 year old son was home) and when I arrived home I found the part on the stove, next to the box; I almost threw it away because I thought it was the old one. I went to dispense ice from my new ice maker only to find out the part was never replaced! The part that I almost threw away was the new part. I asked my son what happened but he wasn't sure and the technician hadn't left any explanation. I waited for an explanation to come electronically, but nothing there either. I am so disgusted with Sears Home Service, or should I say lack of service. I put the repair order in on May 5, 2023 - over 3 months ago!
