Rob K told us that everything was working with both our washer & dryer after he installed parts in both. Only the.dryer worked We had to wait 3 more days to get another appointment Rob didn't hook up the washer electrical properly nor did he even put back all the screws and many of the ones he put back were not tightened down

The technician was very unprofessional. He was not a good representative for your company. I am requesting that he not be our service provider in the future. Based on emails prior to the service call, we were expecting the technician to have the required parts. He said that was never going to be possible. Why weren't we told that?

jacob texted us 844 am arrival time. did not show up till 300 pm no text no call than tried photo check twice did not go through. after all that didn't do anything to check or repair the air conditioners. Order should have been written for two (2) air conditioners but your office only indicated one on the repair order.

This service technician is the worst,he not kept his agreeded appointment 4 times i had an appointment today, he has stood me up again i need answers to why he want come service my A/C unit is it because I am Black, need answers I hope the person in charge will get this message I am fed up with this company!!

He broke my water line and and shut off and basically was like go to mernards and get pieces it wouldn't cost that much i don't know how to do that stuff and left me with my water shut off

My washer safely latch was broke, after I ordered the parts it took 2 weeks to get someone out there. He came and said it was a quick fix. It ran one cycle and stopped. We popped the lid open and found the new part was broken when installed and they tried to rig it. They also never brought in a shop vac to clean my washer and dryer that I paid for. I wasted over $ 400 for nothing. My friend took off the broken safely latch again and got it to work. Very dissatisfied. I feel your company should give me a refund to make it right.
