Good technician
The experience with Sears was awful. It took 12 days and 2 visits to repair a simple problem. The cost was prohibitively high. They charged me $109.73 for a part that costs $30 from Whirlpool.

Francis was really amazing to work with. When we were sent the wrong compressor, he went above and beyond to make sure that we got the proper one and made it clear he wasn't going to compromise, which I liked. He could have easily gone along with it and installed the smaller compressor (we wouldn't have known anyway), but he was kind and honest enough to let us know the company had sent us the wrong parts and made calls to make sure we got the right stuff. Really cares about his customers and wish I could give him a 6 star review!!!

This was the worst experience ever. I missed so much work waiting for sears to come out and fix my ice maker. They would cancel at the last minute then ask me to reschedule so I would only to be rescheduled again and again and again. Sears should compensate me and everyone else who has had to deal with this crap. What a waste of my time and loss of money. Beware consumers this repair place is a joke! Zero stars for Sears
