Good service but very late arrival
He seemed very knowledgeable, and got the job done in a reasonable time. He however arrived at 6:15 for an appointment that had been scheduled between 8am -5pm.

Joseph T was very personable & knowledgeable. Didn't take him long to figure out the problem. Unfortunately because of the electronics the repair would cost more than buying a new machine. So I opted to not repair. I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future if I need be.

Need a smaller window for scheduled service. I think it's ridiculous having to wait all day and then late in the afternoon notified that the technician can't come. This happened twice.

I have a GE all in one combo washer/dryer. He was unable to help with anything. Didn't know about wifi connection etc. Nice guy just didn't know much other than that "these break down all the time" don't know what to tell you. Get a GE guy.

The service was completed in a decent amount of time but I wouldn't want him coming back. Instead of using our doorbell, like most people do and what we expect, he knocked so extremely loud. He knocked on our door as if he was trying to wake us up in the middle of the night with our house on fire. It woke up our sick child and she was so freaked out from how loud it was. Our doorbell lights up when you walk by the door, and he walked by two of them which both notified us he was there and yet he knocked so ridiculously loud. Honestly I can't imagine why he would've chose to do that. Also the tracker still showed he was a half hour away when he showed up so that's not accurate at all.

We waited all day for him to arrive just to tell us that changing lightbulbs weren't part of our maintenance agreement, with Sears, even though this concern was mentioned, when the appointment was made. Total waste 0f time for us and total waste of money spent for the AGREEMENT for MANY YEARS!!!! We planon getting Out 0f this service(?) agreement ASAP!!!!!!

I want to say Joe was great. My rating has nothing to do with his service. The technician that came out a few weeks ago had me order parts and spend 350 just for his to be wrong and my washer still not be working.

Service call
Jacob was a polite as he listened to my wife explain the issues that we have been having over the last two years of owning our Kenmore furnace. He opened the unit to find reasons for the issues; that my wife was right in her assessment of the lack of performance of the relatively new furnace. Jacob stated that his hands were tide in fixing the issues with the furnace. Stating that the warranty prevents him from fixing the clear mis-functionality and poor initial installation of the unit. Nothing was resolved as a result of the service call.
