Tech was two hours late according to the sears email, as he was supposed to be here earlier. Fixed the washer quickly but said that they are not allowed to take the old parts away with them that it is the customers responsibility to do that.

The person putting in the part was fine. The part ordered the first time was an off brand and cheap and came in broke. Then the right part was ordered and is working fine. It took a month and a half to get a 15 min job scheduled. That is very poor service especially when the wrong and cheap part was ordered .

Calvin did his job, which was replaced apart, he was courteous, and respectful. And he has instructed me to check the temperature in the next four or five hours to see if the part is working, so that's what I plan on doing. Thank you.
