Ricardo made numerous service visits to fix problems with a washer dryer combo. The wrong parts were being sent that would have otherwise solved the problem had they been correct, but Ricardo stuck with it and finally surmised the wrong parts sent from the supplier were the issue. The proper part was finally ordered and the issue is resolved. Ricardo was professional in his demeanor and explained everything. Excellent communication. In all my years of dealing with appliance problems Ricardo was hands down the best technician I have ever dealt with.
