Another technician came and mis-diagnosed the problem. Made us wait an additional 2 weeks for parts to arrive. Frank got there and correctly diagnosed the problem with the dryer immediately and resolved the problem within 5 minutes. Too bad the first technician wasn't more like Frank. Frank is an asset to this company for sure. He really saved the day!
