Excellent Repair Man!
Frank worked to get the drain unclogged on my freezer for a long while and got the job done. He also quickly fixed the no ice or water situation. He knew what was wrong, how to fix it and what parts to order. He ordered them and even scheduled with me to come back and put the parts in. He is so awesome I wish I could request him in the future.
