He stopped by to check on what was happening with washer. Just so happened that the new unit was delivered and installed yesterday. He was happy that it was all taken care of and that Sears had done as they said they would. Unfortunately the new units won't be covered by our Sears home warranty. 😕

Called On Friday needing service work on a fridge ice maker that quit working and there was an appt available on Monday. Mick called at 7:45 AM that he was 10 min out. He arrived promptly, was professional and completed his work timely. Very happy with the service.
