Came in and knocked out repair for both of my appliances. We are washing and drying our clothes again! Thank you Samar! We had the extended warranty on the laundry pair and thank God we did!

Marshal listened our concerns about our broke down furnace, ran the furnace, heard the issue, was pretty sure immediately, ran some diagnostics just to be sure, and pulled out the blower motor. He then drove 45 minutes each way to get a new motor, installed it and was a pleasure having him in our house.

The service received was fantastic!! Latwan H. was here, recognized the problem quickly with my dryer, fixed it, and it was back in operation within 15 minutes. He was very informative, professional, and kind. Saved us lots of money as the fee was very reasonable!! I also found out that the service comes with a 30 day guarantee. Wow!! Bang for the buck!! Would definitely recommend to others, and will keep my ear pierced to recommend LaTwan. TY!!
