Marshall W was fabulous and helped me more than anyone who has been out to look at my HVAC over the last 4 years. Ihave been using my home warranty and the other company that kept coming out would seem to only fix things temporarily and then I'd have to have them back. This time i requested a new company come out and the experience was night and day. I would highly recommend Sears and Marshall!

Letwan arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and cleaned inside of dryer. He then ran several tests and determined the dryer is functioning properly. The problem is the dryer vent is plugged. Letwan is very nice and friendly. We will always ask for him. Thanks Letwan.
