Mark G was fabulous He took the time to explain the issue and ordered the correct parts because the Texh who was here previously did not order the correct parts and did not really do an inspection for the problem Mark was here to install parts that the previous tech ordered which Mark did install but the parts did not resolve the issue. Mark G is the best I want him back to install the parts he ordered I feel that this company should send the tech out that was there to examine the issue and order parts. They should not send a different tech because the second tech is walking in blind and has no idea what the first tech out has done other just installing parts when sometimes it’s more than installing parts. I rate Mark G 10 stars but this company 2 stars. What this company needs to do is always send the original tech to complete the job. The first tech sent out did nothing more than listen to what I was saying the issue was and just ordered parts he did not exam anything to see what the issue truly was so now that Mark G did analysis he ordered parts and now this company will be sending some else out to install the parts and I have to request more time off work to be there when they come to install the parts
