Rufus was very kind, nice, and he was on time. I was very pleased with the service he provided. It was a simple fix, and I appreciated that because sometimes people will try to act like you need a new appliance when really you don’t. I found him trustworthy. I will definitely be using Sears again.

Letwan is the best, he always takes his time to find the problem and fixes my things every time. You can tell the experience that he has just by his conversation and confidence in his work. Marshall was at my house with a partner being trained you couldn't ask for two better guys to work on a boiler they did great work I give them a five star

The technician arrived on time and did a nice job. He was careful and asked us to move a bird we had in the area when he used acetylene because it might be toxic.
