Geovany Castro was the technician that installed a new AC unit in our home. He was great at communicating (he had to reschedule once due to a family emergency but we were apprised in advance), he arrived on time for his re-scheduled appointment (only a 24 hr delay) and was very efficient. He was respectful of the items in our home, cleaned up all the debris, and was willing to email us paperwork for signature so we would not have to stay home and wait for him to finish. Geovany was both an expert in his technical field and great with customer service. Truly a rare combination.
