Scheduling was a bit disappointing after I agreed to a different service date then they had me wait all day past 6 pm and then text “ congrats you have a new service date”! You really have no one to contact other than limited text reply. This was not the service techs issue. The service tech was experienced, cordial, and professional. He would get 5 stars but the sears scheduling and communication would be rated lower.

Had AI “ technician” Diagnose the problem. Poor communication. Overpriced.

Your ai is a disgrace. If you have any regard for your customers dump it....and have a human answer to coordinate your appointments. Dismal communication, ai, and the firewalls you have in place to avoid any human contact pulls rating from 5 to zero. Your technicians who are 5 star, bring you up to 3. Technicians and customers both deserve better support. 2 days later... We received an ai message that asked me to call so they can correct the problem. Not even a courtesy phone call back, just another auto message. You are beyond help.

It was very easy to schedule. Keep me informed of what was going on. Technicians were very friendly. Only downside was the service was very pricey. Could of bought a new dryer with what I was charged to fix it.
