GE Dryer
Devon, very Nice to talk over phone! He did nothing wrong, just has a boss who has very bad communication skills! But we canceled the appt. After being jacked around by Felix, the two previous days, now I see why there are so many negative comments on you survey page!! 😔 it's so sad people get the extra protection plan, for their appliances, and can't even talk to a person to set up an appointment, to tell them what's wrong with their appliance. What about elderly people who don't have a computer?? So 😔 sad

Unhappy Client - Repair Not Complete
Julian forced a part to fit after telling me that he wrong part was sent. After attempting to wash same day, again water is leaking from drum. I called to share problem continue and appointment was cancelled without explanation. Sears do not back their customers.

Dyer Repair
He was a nice technician. He replaced a part tested the dryer with no clothes in it, yes it was hot. He left I called him right back advised dryer was not hot, he told me to call the home warranty company back to make a new appt. Why do I need to put another claim in when he didn't complete the first claim.

Work still not completed
We still have 2 lights out and the freezer handle came off when we opened it.

Horrible
Isnan A did a horrible job fixing my central air he damaged it by overfilling the free on which it didn't need, there's a leak either in the unit or basement equipment and he knew it but decided to damage my unit plus he left evidence of a box that he used called easy seal and that is no good to use I hope you take into consideration my review and have him terminated for damaging my central air unit and now I have to suffer without air in this heat and I have an elderly mother living with me who is suffering also for the next 7 days I would also like a refund of some money taken off my bill for the damage that he did to me thank you!

Very upset!
The technician left my washer dirty. Did not wipe it off. He also left several grease mark on a freshly painted wall that did not come off completely. I now have to paint the wall again!
