Friendly and efficient
The technicians were friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently. They answered all my questions and showed me how the freezer drawers went back together. Van was very knowledgeable about the parts for my refrigerator model. He even had the part numbers memorized! The refrigerator is running great so far. I have no complaints 😊

R King informed me I should be using Cascade liquid-like cleaner to clean dishes and that the water pressure was low - perhaps too low to complete the cycle properly. We shall see…

Dryer igniter rpr
Letwan fixed our dryer igniter and we are back on business. He was very professional and explained about the vents & if there was any problems that the repair is guaranteed for 30 days. Very satisfied.

Ice maker and water dispenser Problem
Technician analyzed the problem quickly and advised that defrosting the unit would resolve my problems. The water reservoir was frozen and turning off unit for 48 hours would resolve problems with water dispenser and the ice maker!
