MAJOR WATER LEAK

I'm disappointed in the quality of the job. There were grease on my walls floor and washing machine the machine and utility sink was left the machine is leaking water under my floor tiles now. CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THE WATER LEAK IT WAS NOT LEAKING BEFORE.

Refrigerator service,I pay a deductible and he told me to defrost it for a week and then plug it back in and to call if it still didn't work.

Nothing was repaired, same broken problem, please send a repair person, the last one ran a "test", but nothing got fixed.

The refrigerator continues with the same problem. It continues to bill up frost again. Customer is not happy at all.

Original issue was pipes banging under the sink when drawing water. Ivan said it was the plumbing. Nothing he could do. Not sure what he checked on the dishwasher. When he left, I ran a cycle and water was pouring out of the front of it into the floor. This was not an issue prior to Ivan's visit.

Technician was courteous however the oven had to be taken apart to replace parts. After putting it all back together the oven is now badly scratched and cooktop was put back on crooked and not level, also oven malfunctioned again shortly after he left.

Instructed me how to put it on myself

He told me he didn't have the piece and someone would bring it to me and he instructed me how to put the piece on myself when his co worker drop it off tonight or in the morning which i am not a technician

His diagnosis was 100% wrong

He said the problem was the board and said it'll be close to $500 to repair… needless to say I turned that down. 3 days later had someone from another company come and it was the thermal fuse and got replaced that same day for 1/10 the price

After two phone calls and two texts and no replies he rings the door without any advance notice I'm forced to greet him in my BATHROBE! He was unapologetic and was quick to suggest seeking another technician...thus being my second encounter with Jerome. The first service call from Jerome was of a similar careless attitude. Further Jerome wrongly documented the repair concern incorrectly by stating a wear and tear part on the appliance was caused BY THE OWNER!! This resulted in non approval of repair by the warranty company...and resulted in full appliance failure causing much distress and subsequent visit by....JEROME.... zero stars really apply...but 1 star for showing up
