Rude Rudy
Service tech Rudy came to replace 2 parts on my washer. The washer was in working condition it just needed a stretched belt replaced and a cracked door replaced.(I washed clothes the morning he arrived). He did not have the complete parts to fix the door. He would not fix the belt w/o fixing the door. I asked if he could at least fix the belt and make new appointment to fix door. He not only refused but he patronized me continuing to say "I didn't understand." His tone became very nasty as he continued to tell me I wasn't listening to him and that "it would make him look bad" if he only replaced the belt and not the door! (Once again the correct door part did not arrive). Finally after having him continually refusing to do any of the work he came to do I told him to pack up his stuff and get out of my house. As he walked out the door I realized he had now completely broke my washer door so it would not latch to do any laundry at all (remember I had done a load of laundry the morning he arrived). I went out to his van and told him he had completely broke the door making it unusable. He stomped back into my house slammed the washer door(which did not latch any longer after he tore it apart) and stormed back out! He proceeded to sit in my driveway for 40 min. Until I walked out and asked him to leave my property. He is obviously not capable of communicating with customers in an appropriate manner. Since then Sears appliance service has cancelled 2 additional appointments I have made to try and get my washer fixed. It's now been a week and I am unable to use my washer at all.

Do not purchase GE Products. Customer service is the worst.
William was a no show. This is the third time was scheduled no show. I have had enough of this. Shame on GE. I am ready to give this ge cafe range to someone. No more ge products again. If you want proof william wasn't at my home, I have a camera on the front of my house. He's lying. This is terrible. I will talk to GE President Hopefully this will be resolved. I am very frustrated, buyer's remorse

Inferior work
This is the second time that Pedro has replaced the Compressor. He self admitted that he probably undercharged the first one, but changed the second one and when he had a seriously, he went back in and fixed it instead of checking all of them there seems to be a leak and it has gotten even warmer in the past two days with him, being in contact with me on both days stating that he would come out here and fix it himself without me having to put in an order. That was my mistake because now I can't have one until the sixth which leaves me without and pass the time to have to pay another premium .

Please never send this man to my home again
This man lacks professionalism and overall decency on every level. He did nothing to assist in repairing our machine. But rather ran to his car when my sister was trying to tell him that the machine was not fixed. Praise to God that I had the idea to use an alternate cycle which drained the water in the machine and spun the sole item that was in the washer. I am hoping that the next repair man actually helps us to get our machine functioning properly.

Worst experience I've ever had dealing with any company
The first tech told me in early January when he came to look at the oven that it needed new fans, but they probably wouldn't be available anywhere, so a replacement was likely needed. For the next three months, I called the CS number repeatedly and was told the fans couldn't be found, so a replacement would be coming, but it had to be authorized first by either "the team" or "the decider." I explained multiple times during this time that the oven was now turning itself off and making a loud buzzing noise, so even if the replacement parts were ever found, I didn't think they would fix the oven. I was told every time I called that I would be contacted or emailed within 3-5 business days; I was never contacted once. Finally, parts just started arriving unannounced at my house and a new service appointment was automatically made. A new tech came two days ago and installed the new parts. The oven turned on and the new fans were working. Today, the oven was used for the first time with the new fans and it started turning itself off and displaying a PF message. I just called CS and I was told the system to make an appointment is down for upgrades, so I'll need to call back next week to see if I can schedule someone to come back to look at the oven. This level of horrible service is frankly shocking in 2024. I've heard of nightmares from decades ago of dealing with cable or utility companies, but to experience it firsthand leaves me angry and tremendously disappointed. I pay for a warranty service on my home appliances and yet I haven't had a working oven for months. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
