Can't review until we are sure it works
Mark is very professional and a very nice person. I cannot really grade the work. This was the 7 th visit since May with the exact same problem for each of the 7 visits and until now the repairs never worked. If they work this time for more than a week, I will complete another review.

Sears Service Technician
My window on Thursday 7/3/25 was between 1pm & 5pm. I received an email with an ETA of arrival between 1:24pm & 2:32pm stating technician was 1 stop away. After waiting I called service number at 3:45 and received AI customer service which was NOT helpful at all. AT 6pm I determined no one was showing. At 6:11pm Technician called and said he was 20 minutes away. After arriving, technician checked thermostat/breaker panel and took pic of AC Label. He looked at furnace and stated it was Old Low Profile Burner. The only tool he used was his cell phone. He determined that both AC & Furnace should be replaced. Following day AC was working. This was a wasted service call and I'll contact another company for a real diagnosis!

Horrible
Dryer still not fixed lied about coming the next day after I signed up then kept pushing my service day back then showed up after I waited two more weeks to say the the part wr ordered ain't working we need to order something else Do not use these folks

Waste of time
My refrigerator wasn't cooling. This tech didn't know where to get the part that was needed to repair because it "wasn't in the manual." For this piece of advise, I had to pay $129.

Tech never showed up….
Was sent a text asking to review our technician who repaired our dishwasher….. except the tech never showed up…. Even closed the repair ticket so I'd have to schedule another repair….

What service?????
Technician never showed up. Signed off on paperwork that he contacted customer which he did not. Sears did not reach out to reschedule. Need to talk to an AI assistant which does not help me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Garbage company. Would NEVER recommend.

Field Report Opposite of Discussion
Told me manufacturer defect in person but there were no part numbers to order. Directed me to call LG directly, but then filed a report that everything was good. Hinge to lid under display is broken and LG used his report to say it isn't covered. Now stuck trying to elevate it thru LG.

Unprepared to do the job blamed me and left
Did not complete the job or fix it Complained that the parts that were ordered weren't from him and so he would install them, but if it didn't work that was not gonna get fixed. He said if I wanted to do some more, I should call him and get it sorted out the repair process with Thor and Sears is some of the worst I've ever seen
