washer still not working
the washer wash the clothes but the spin cycle isn't removing the water entirely: Tech stated more parts need to be ordered

Tech left didn't check if repair worked - ZERO STARS
The tech installed new parts and never checked if my fridge was fixed Sat in front of my house for 30 minutes afterwards IT WASN'T FIXED He Closed out ticket Now I have to open new ticket to get a tech back out to address the issue. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE Going on 8 days without my fridge. The next appointment will be my 5th and my 3rd tech visit. As AI has changed my appointment a few times And what's really frustrating is you can't speak to a human that can apply some common sense to the issue to get the repair done. AI may save you money but it doesn't provide a good service. It creates a very frustrating experience that has me really reconsidering the continued use of sears home hub. It's a very poor substitute for human intelligence.

The customer should be happy. Im not
Not friendly, seemed bother he had to service us. The pevious tech was prepared to replace parts that seemed to be soon in need of replacing because they were worn on outer inpection. He had ordered parts for preparedness.which were available today. Also I understand policy but I requested an item I had forgotten to add to my work order which was the seal on my oven door. the temperature has to be adjusted on some recipes. The current tech immediately declined the extra request stating its not on the present work order though it was currently open ar the time. ..since I had called about the heating capabilities of my oven and this is part of the problem.

Diagonisis
There was none done...Tech did not even measure for a leak...never even pulled unit off wall. Just read his tech manual. That is not troubleshooting.

He couldn't care less.
He was horrible, his service was horrible. He made the wrong diagnosis, I brought the parts he said I needed and they were NOT needed at all. I spent 129.00 on diagnostic fee, then 60.00 on parts I didn't need. I spent 190.00 on absolutely nothing. He had a bad attitude,like he hates his job and why am I here. He was also impolite, and rude. I am telling everyone to never call your service. To bad I use to love sears but now I see why they went out of business. I would give him no stars!

(1) ONE Staf Because (0) ZERO Is Not An Option
Van serviced my refrigerator maybe 3 or 4 times, he installed a compressor only to leave, never checked to.see if it was cooling which it was not. The next technician Chris returned and quickly diagnosed that the evaporator needed to be replaced in both the bottom.zones Needless to say Van was dispatched to return to install the evaporator before leaving I had to remind him to check the temperature to ensure it was cooling. 2 weeks later it stopped cooling again, Chris came to find the NEW compressor was leaking refrigerant but not externally. Van returns to diagnose the problem this time with a Trainee accompanying him and wouldn't you know it he's more talkative asking what the previous tech had done and tried to undermine him by saying what he should have known or how could he have known without checking other things. As much as I wanted to embarrass him and remind him that hed been to my home as well for both diagnosis and repairs but I refrained. He returns to install the cooling line inside of my refrigerator finishes does not say whether it was cooling and left failing to disclose that hed burned the inside of my refrigerator and melted the top and side with the tool he used. Now you can't reach a human with SEARS and unfortunately my home warranty company has been unsuccessful in reaching anyone. Im disgusted and disappointed!

Stood and looked
Technician never checked for the carbon monoxide leak or anything. He just stood looking at the furnace. I have a video because I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

I did not answer the doorbell when he came because I was taking a shower. I just got on my computer and saw the notice that he was on his way, I never got a phone call. My husband answered the door and Mouhamed very rudely told my husband "get rid of the dog"!! My husband took offense by the way Mouhammed said this to him. This is the fifth person that has come to my house and the unit is still not fixed. It is going to get cold and I want the unit to work properly.
