First repair person did not diagnose the complete problem on first visit. Parts were ordered per his specification and arrived on time. Second repair person installed and said system ran through sequence. We tried it after he left. It did not start correctly. After some thought I got it to run one time, but not more. First repair person came again and indicated another problem which would cost a lot of money to fix. Presumably, would also have to replace the previously replaced parts. Repair persons were cordial and straight forward, but the procedure is flawed as they suggested from prior experience what might happen. I will look elsewhere to solve the problem.

Service person worked hard, but appliance still unacceptable

The service person did the best he could and spent almost 2 hours. I appreciate that. But the appliance (a brand new replacement) is still NOT working properly! As a long-time Sear customer (30+ years) I am very dissatisfied. The operation of the appliance remains unacceptable!

He was efficient but could care less about being here. Sears lied about the 129.00 diagnostic charge being used for the repair should I decide for sears to repair my freezer. That was a lie. Mark looked like he didn't want to be here diagnosing. I would not recommend Sears again to anyone. Figure it out!

Feel like I was taken

The technician arrived and told us we needed to but that it was not his job but it was policy for him not to do this. So he left with the washing machine not working. I don't understand why he will be able to leave before he had the washing machine working the way it should have been. I made another appointment but I don't feel I should have to pay for it another service call to get my washing machine fixed. My technician comes out they should make sure it works before they leave. I would be happy to talk to a real person about this issue not an AI.

Dryer door doesn't close

After the technican left today at about 12:00, I went into the laundry room to try the dryer. My intial problem, no heat was being thrown off. I also had maintenance done to make sure I didn't have a fire from the lint. There's now rubber blocking my dryer door and I can't close the door. I don't know how the technican closed the door. I don't know if ther's heat being thrown off the dryer since I can't close the door. I called back right away and made them aware of the now present issue or problem. I was promised he would return the same day and fix the problem. It's now after 6:00 and haven't heard anything. I initially called at 12:30 and called again at 4:17. I have had to create another appointment for Monday. Now I wait again from 8:00 to 5:00 for another technician to come out and repair another technicians error. Since my dryer door doesn't close, they'll also need to replace the light bulb in my dryer.

Technician was OK with listening to my experience on how I believe that the system was not charged enough and upon vacuuming it out said it was one.3 ounces shy. When he was finishing recharging the system, I asked him if he was absolutely certain he put in the full amount or could possibly check to see if it was topped off and he said give it 24 hours so when I did now being multiple days later, it still takes days for it to even freeze a bottle of water so I believe it is still not adequately charged, and therefore he should have listened to the Educated consumer, who actually had experience with this .

Replace ice makers

Mark replaced my ice makers today in my LG refridge and freezer. I was not happy when he refused to pull the ice maker frame and remove a spacer that I had put in To fix the ice maker issue originally. His refusal will create extra work for me when he could have easily went the extra distance and took care of it when he was in there. This to me was unacceptable and showed Lack of initiative on his part.

Ivan worked very hard to try getting the top rack into the dishwasher to work properly but he was going to leave after he told me he had gotten it all fixed and it wasn't. I tried to pull the top rack out and it only came out half way. He was getting ready to leave when I was able to catch him. Then he left without me knowing.
