Fridge outage
PROS: Technician was courteous and professional- put on boot covers as requested. He was very detailed and answered all questions clearly and succinctly. CONS: Technician left boot cover bag on my kitchen table and used part. Area of improvement: Sears should ensure customers know that payment is due IMMEDIATELY after service is completed. My stand-in was here due to me having to be at work and informed the tech that I would be arriving home soon which was past the time he'd complete the repair. Kept receiving calls and texts for payment while driving in heavy traffic. Tech stated payments are due 10 min after service is completed. Ended up pulling over to make payment. Sears could bill customers with service plans- allowing them to pay at next billing cycle. OVERALL: Service was good!

The techs were good but the entire process was AWFUL. It took four weeks to get our refrigerator fixed due to Sears not acknowledging the appointments we had set up, giving us incorrect information, and not showing up when they said they would. I missed two days of work to sit and wait at home only for no one to come. We were told three different things by three different techs, and two different customer service reps also gave us different and incorrect information. I'm glad to finally have the refrigerator fixed because I will never again use Sears' appliance repair. I wouldn't call them again if they were the only company left on the planet and I had no working appliances. I wouldn't call them if I were on a ventilator and it didn't work. Never. Ever. EVER. Again.

He was here on time and finished quickly but the repair did not fix the problem. I have rescheduled another service call but not until Thursday.

Kamal was knowledgeable. The only problem I had was he sat in my driveway an hour before coming into my home to start my appointment: I'm grateful he was able to fix my appliance same day. I'm even more grateful that I didn't have to pay him hourly.

NWIMost problems not repaired.
Unit had multiple noises and issues .Kamal fixed squeaky freezer door and top left door out of alignment. I recorded the multiple noises that the unit makes but he had no idea what they were. Left fridge door still squeaks when closing , a piece called an articulating mullion between doors that swings out of the way when door is closed is still an issue. Kamal was pleasant but didn't resolve all issues to be fixed. I kind of doubt anyone really reads these reviews so I'm not expecting any reply.

Nate did a good job once he arrived to my home. However, he didn't arrive until after 5pm. The whole day was wasted waiting on him from 8am-5pm. That's not great service!
