We were very impressed at the knowledge and skill William displayed. He was courteous, thorough, and efficient in examining our leaky GE PROFILE DISHWASHER. He took pictures of the leak, called the information into GE, and cleaned up the water on the floor from testing the unit. William provided us with a case number and a telephone number in case they don't call us in one to two days. I highly recommend A & E for your appliance repair and William for his professionalism.

I gave four stars because no company should have an all day window where the customer has to wait at home all day and loss money. The tech was great. He was pleasant. He took his shoes off at the door so he wouldn't track my floor. Didn't take him long to do the job. He went straight to work. They should really give a person a 2 to 4 hour window for the technician to be at your house.

My feedback is not towards Van. The 2nd visit the tech said the wrong part was ordered by the first guy. He ordered a new part and it was going to be more expensive. 3rd scheduled visit, the tech never arrived and we were forced to reschedule. A time slot for the following day was selected, although I was not available. I selected a new date and time window, 8am-12pm, the tech arrived at 2:35pm, well outside of the window. My problem was solved but getting to that step was a hassle and should have been cleaner.

Tech did not call in the morning or when he was on the road. However, he completed the repairs quickly and tightened up a loose part on the back that was making a noise.
