Efrain represents the company well. He went over and beyond his explaining how we could prevent future damage to the fridge to fixing the freezer that I had also previously gotten Sears to replace the door gasket but continued to have issues. Efrain noticed and made it right. I would recommend him for his service performance 5 stars hands down 🙏
