The A&E technician notified me whe he was 15 minutes away and very quickly diagnosed the problem with my LG refrigerator. He advised me that my refrigerator was still under warranty for the compressor issue and advised me to call the manufacturer. I called LG and they approved a repair by A&E. I wish there was a process to schedule a technician to return more quickly to complete the repair. Having to wait 4 days for a return appointment is kind of disappointing.
