My Experience w/Rudy
Mr. Rudy was very knowledgeable of the mechanics of my dryer. He knew exactly what to listen for & what to do to resolve the issue. He's a SME (subject matter expert) when it comes to fixing dryers…very confident in his craft, which put me at ease & a high level of trust.

I gave Rudy a 5 because he communicated well. This was the 3rd attempt to get someone out. I was giving timeframe 8-noon and then was told there is no timeframes of 8-noon. I'm glad Rudy made it out today and got the machine running.
