Great tech
Cristian, was wonderful by moving me up 1st on schedule after being rescheduled twice of install on refrigerator parts. One part delivered was incorrect Cristian reach out to another tech working in areA who had one and installed. No need to schedule a 4th appointment. Need more employees like him!

Chayane came and gave me detail information on my issue and fixed my repair as needed. He did not offer me to pay him on the side to fix my repairs like the last tech that came out.

My technician Eric came three times to fix our washer. He never gave up. He ordered the parts, they came when he said. He returned to fix the problem. Each time he came, a problem popped up. Eric solved these problems. That's why we have Sears products.
