Jorge was wonderful. He was efficient, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and impeccable in the way in which he worked on our 23 year old refrigerator. He is Sears' absolute best and probably the most experienced of all of the service people. His experience enables him to work on any kind of problem. He knows what he is doing. He is the ultimate professional. Keep him. Give him a bonus so another company will not try to capture his experience. We are very pleased with his work.
